What is it?
Staff Buddy is a skill-based role where you apply your expertise to assist WES staff in specific projects. Whether creating digital resources, assisting with finance, building a website, or supporting with HR tasks, you’ll independently complete assigned work using your knowledge and skills.

How It Works:
We provide materials and the specific need; you deliver the task independently, ensuring quality outcomes.

Frequency:
Flexible, based on availability and task requirements. You may engage weekly or monthly for (2-8 hours).

Timing:
You can work at your convenience, coordinating with the project lead.

Outcomes:

Improved efficiency and digital skills for staff.
Enhanced resource quality and organizational processes.
Successful completion of specialized projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Review the task requirements and materials provided.
Independently plan and execute the assigned task.
Collaborate when necessary to ensure project alignment.
