The WES Foundation’s Community Outreach Program (COP) is an initiative aimed at bridging the educational gap in underserved communities by spreading awareness and building confidence among families and students. As part of this program, home visits are conducted to encourage children to pursue education diligently and involve parents in the journey.
Yesterday, the program took on a global dimension with the participation of Isabel Rabadan, a dedicated volunteer from Belgium. Accompanied by Muskan and Afifa Mam, Isabel joined our team for an inspiring day of outreach, visiting families and sharing the importance of education in transforming lives.

Our first stop was at Tamman’s house. The family greeted us with immense warmth and excitement, thrilled to meet Isabel and the team. Inspired by the visit, Tamman’s parents shared their commitment to encouraging their child to attend coaching sessions regularly and maintain focus on studies. Such personal interactions strengthen the bond between the foundation and the community, fostering a shared sense of purpose.
The second visit took us to Saniya’s house, where she was with her elder sister and grandmother. The family expressed their gratitude for the program and promised to ensure Saniya’s regular attendance in class. This assurance highlighted the impact of outreach in motivating families to prioritize education, especially in environments where access to consistent learning can be a challenge.
Finally, we visited Farhan’s house, where his father warmly welcomed the team. After our conversation, he assured us of his commitment to Farhan’s education, pledging to support him in attending classes consistently. Such engagements remind us of the pivotal role parents play in sustaining their children’s learning journeys.
The core objective of COP is to instill confidence in students and their families, making them aware of the transformative power of education. By visiting homes, we aim to address challenges directly, provide guidance, and foster a supportive environment where learning becomes a shared priority.

Isabel’s presence added a unique layer to the program, symbolizing international solidarity and the universal importance of education. Her enthusiasm and interaction with the families brought fresh energy to the outreach efforts, inspiring both children and parents alike.
The WES Foundation remains deeply committed to creating opportunities for every child to succeed through education. Initiatives like the Community Outreach Program exemplify how collaboration, engagement, and a shared vision can pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive future. Together, we continue to empower communities and nurture the dreams of countless young learners.
