Hello, my name is Fazila, and I come from Dhanpuri, Madhya Pradesh. I’m 19 years old, and I’ve completed my schooling under the CBSE board from Carmel convent School. Currently, I’m pursuing my BA first year at NDC College. Coming from a middle-class family, I’ve always been surrounded by values of education, hard work, and stability. My family has always believed in the importance of responsibility and tradition, which has been the foundation of my own beliefs.
Why I Chose Teaching

My journey into teaching began with a deep passion for sharing knowledge and inspiring the next generation. From a young age, I’ve believed that education holds the power to shape futures. This belief is what pushed me towards pursuing a career in teaching. What I love most about teaching is the opportunity it gives me to make a real difference in my students’ lives. Watching them grow, grasp new concepts, and develop crucial skills brings me immense joy and fulfillment.
Beyond Textbooks: Nurturing Young Minds

For me, teaching goes beyond just imparting lessons from a textbook. It’s about nurturing young minds and preparing them for life’s challenges. At WES (Wazir Educational Society) and Dhanpuri Public School, I truly appreciate the school’s dedication to providing quality education to all children, regardless of their background. Both institutions are deeply committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where children can flourish.
What resonates with me the most about working at WES is their emphasis on holistic development. I firmly believe that education isn’t only about academic growth, but also about emotional and social development. My vision for WES and Dhanpuri Public School is to continue fostering an environment where children can grow in every aspect—academically, socially, and emotionally. I want to see these schools become spaces where every child has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential.
Education as a Tool for Empowerment

We teach many students from underprivileged backgrounds at WES and Dhanpuri Public School. Providing them with quality education is not just a job for me; it’s a mission. Education can help break the cycle of poverty and open doors to opportunities that can change their lives. I firmly believe that through education, we can empower these children to envision and create brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
Thank you for supporting this journey of education and growth. I am honored to be a part of this incredible mission. Together, we are shaping not just students but future leaders.
