At WES Foundation, we believe that every dream deserves a guiding light. Through our Mentorship Program, we support students who are determined to turn their aspirations into achievements. One such inspiring mentee is Musharrat Naaz—a young, focused student with a vision to serve the nation as an IAS officer.
Musharrat comes from a modest, hard-working middle-class family of three. Her father runs a small shop, and her mother supports him in the business. Together, they share a dream: to see Musharrat rise to a position of leadership and make a difference in society.
Determined and disciplined, Musharrat has set her sights on clearing the UPSC examination. She knows the road ahead is challenging, but she believes in the power of hard work and the importance of never giving up. Her dedication to her studies is matched only by her desire to make her parents proud and give back to the community.
To reach her goal, Musharrat has joined the WES Mentorship Program in search of a mentor who can guide her at every step—academically, emotionally, and strategically.
We are proud to support Musharrat in her journey and stand beside her as she works to become a future leader.
