From Conversations to Confidence: The WES Mentorship Journey 2025–26

Mentorship is not just about advice. It is about building a support system.

At WES Foundation, our Mentorship Program 2025–26 has been a journey of guidance, trust, challenges, learning, and meaningful progress.

Through this journey, mentors walked with mentees through real conversations — about confidence, communication, career choices, English speaking, coding, interviews, study habits, self-belief, and future goals.

What made this journey special was not only the number of sessions completed, but the depth of connection created between mentors and mentees.

This year, the program brought together:

40+ mentors
30+ mentees
100+ mentorship conversations

Each conversation created space for reflection, confidence, career guidance, and personal growth.

For many mentees, mentorship became a safe space to ask questions they usually hesitate to ask.
For mentors, it became a meaningful way to give back — not through one-time motivation, but through consistent guidance and care.

We also learned important lessons:
Mentorship needs structure.
Mentees need clarity and preparation.
Mentors need simple tools to track progress.
And every conversation becomes stronger when it is followed by reflection and action.

That is why we are now reimagining the mentorship journey with a more structured mentorship tool — to make every mentor-mentee interaction easier to record, review, and improve.

From guidance to confidence, from conversations to change.

A heartfelt thank you to every mentor who showed up, listened, guided, and believed in our young learners.

This is what mentorship makes possible — one meaningful conversation at a time.
