I would like to introduce one of my remarkable students, Ashifa Iram, an eighth-grade student who is a part of our WES Foundation program. At WES Foundation, we provide free computer education to students, empowering them with essential skills for the digital age. Ashifa’s journey reflects the opportunities we offer to our students, fostering not just technical skills but also personal growth and confidence.
Ashifa’s Background
Ashifa comes from a close-knit family consisting of her mother, father, sister, and brother. Her father runs a garage, while her mother is a homemaker. She is currently studying in Red Rose Secondary High School and joined the WES Foundation in April 2020, eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the field of technology.
Learning at WES Foundation:
At WES Foundation, Ashifa has learned a great deal about computers, from basic software and hardware concepts to advanced topics like system wiping and computer repair. With every class, her curiosity and dedication to learning grow stronger. She has not only learned how to operate a laptop efficiently but also gained practical skills that will help her navigate the digital world.
Our teaching staff at WES Foundation are highly motivating, always encouraging students to strive for excellence. Ashifa has taken full advantage of the resources available to her, such as hands-on experience with laptops, intera3ctive quizzes, and weekly virtual sessions every Saturday. These sessions are designed to enhance her understanding and keep her engaged with new and exciting content
