My name is Neetu Datta, and I am 34 years old. I am honored to share my journey and contributions to Dhanpuri Public School (DPS) and the Wes Foundation. My qualifications include a BSC degree and a one-year diploma in computers. With two years of teaching experience, I am passionate about education and the transformative power it holds.
A Passion for Teaching
Coming from a joint family, my upbringing was filled with love, support, and the value of education. After marriage, I decided to pursue my passion for teaching and joined Dhanpuri Public School. Teaching is more than a profession to me; it is a calling. I believe that teaching is a way to shape the future of our children, our society, and our country.
Innovative Teaching at DPS

At Dhanpuri Public School, we focus on more than just book knowledge. We aim to impart a holistic education that includes knowledge, skills, good behavior, and ethics. My vision for the Wes Foundation is to see it reach the pinnacle of educational excellence, ensuring that DPS students grow and succeed globally.
Education is vital for our children. It equips them with the necessary tools to navigate life and contribute positively to society. Through education, we impart knowledge, skills, and values, helping children develop into well-rounded individuals. Our goal is to ensure that no child lags behind in their educational journey.
I have witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by our students, many of whom come from tribal communities. They face numerous obstacles, but with the support of the Wes Foundation and our dedicated team, we strive to provide them with the best possible education. Personally, I have faced my own set of challenges, but my determination to make a difference keeps me going.
Training and Development
We have received excellent training from Anand Singh Desh Sir, a remarkable trainer who has greatly influenced our teaching methods. His guidance has helped us improve our skills and better support our students.

The Wes Foundation is a beacon of hope and progress. As an NGO dedicated to education, it plays a crucial role in our mission at DPS. The foundation’s commitment to providing quality education, essential supplies, and removing financial barriers ensures that every child has the opportunity to succeed. The impact of the Wes Foundation and Dhanpuri Public School on the lives of our students is profound. We are not just educating children; we are building futures and empowering communities.
“Education is the key to unlocking the world, a passport to freedom,” by Oprah Winfrey. This quote perfectly encapsulates our mission at DPS.
Together, we are making a significant difference in the lives of tribal children. By providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment, we give our students the confidence and support they need to excel. Our collective efforts are creating a brighter future for our children, our community, and our country.
I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of Dhanpuri Public School and the Wes Foundation. The development of our children is at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are building a better tomorrow, one student at a time. Thank you, Wes Foundation and Dhanpuri Public School, for your unwavering commitment to education and the development of our children.
