At WES Foundation, we believe that great education begins with empowered teachers.

Over three enriching days, we had the privilege of learning from Serene and Ashritha and Madhura who conducted an engaging teacher training program focused on strengthening both professional skills and personal growth.
Through interactive discussions, role-plays, group activities, and reflective exercises, our teachers explored:
✅ Effective parent-teacher communication
✅ Building confidence, eye contact, and positive classroom behaviour
✅ Creating engaging and student-centered classrooms
✅ The importance of teamwork and collaboration
✅ Understanding our purpose as educators and the impact we create every day

One of the most powerful moments was when teachers reflected on a simple yet meaningful question:
“Why do I want to become a teacher?”
The answers reminded us that teaching is not just a profession, it is an opportunity to shape lives.
Our team also conducted home visits to better understand the realities of our students’ lives, identify learning challenges, and strengthen the connection between school and family. These visits helped us gain deeper insights into each child’s needs and how we can support them more effectively.

❤️ A heartfelt thank you to Serene and Ashritha and Madhura. These sessions inspired our educators to reflect, grow, and continue striving to become better educators for every child we serve.
Because when teachers learn, children thrive. ❤️
