- Take a clear printout of the form.
- Read the Admission Guide carefully before filling the form.
- Fill all sections completely and accurately.
- Fill the Bio-Data Form properly.
- Get the required Affidavit notarized.
- Fill and sign the Shapath Patra (Declaration Form).
- Submit the complete documents set to the school office.
