Today, I would like to share the inspiring story of one of my dedicated students, Alima Ambar. At just 17 years old, Alima embodies resilience and ambition, making her journey one worth celebrating.
A Snapshot of Alima’s Life
Alima is currently in the 12th grade, pursuing her education with determination and enthusiasm. She comes from a middle-class family, where her father works a private job and her mother manages the household. Despite the challenges that come with financial constraints, Alima remains focused on her studies, believing that education is the key to a brighter future.
Alima is part of the WES Foundation, an organization that offers free computer education. Through this program, she is learning valuable skills that will undoubtedly benefit her in the future. Alima has expressed how the WES Foundation provides her with a supportive learning environment, featuring excellent teachers who are committed to helping students like her succeed. This opportunity to learn computer skills is not just about gaining knowledge; it is about empowering Alima to pave the way for a better life for herself and her family.
