Course Enrollment Fees:
1. Refund requests for course enrollment fees must be made within 7 days from the date of payment.
2. A full refund will be issued if the request is made within 7 days before the course start date.
3. For requests made within 3 days before the course start date, a refund of 50% of the enrollment fee will be processed.
4. No refund will be issued for requests made after the course has commenced.
Contributions and Donations:
1. Contributions and donations made through the PayAID Payment Gateway are considered non-refundable.
2. In exceptional cases where a refund is requested for a contribution, the decision will be reviewed by our team based on the circumstances and nature of the contribution.
Processing of Refunds:
1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@wazireducationsociet.com.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of a valid refund request.
3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
